POS Management Systems. Our simpleQ system impresses with its simplicity and effectiveness. The easyQ system is the intelligent, flexible expansion stage. With the help of hardware or software control panels, your staff can control the opening and closing of tills in order to effectively direct customer flows and minimise the length of queues.

By supplementing the system with sensors (motionQ) or cameras (Q-cam) which help monitor the queues at tills, the easyQ system can become an interactive recommendation system. For express checkouts staffed with a single queue, the xpressQ system offers an efficient way of informing the customer about the next free till.

In a system variant, the use of virtual tickets and online appointments is also possible. The customer can scan a QR code and be notified on their mobile when it is their turn.

The RCV interface integrates your technical peripheral devices and various departments (e.g. lottery counter) into the shop information system. Up to 8 different components (signals) can be connected via the RCV interface.

The individual devices trigger a voice message on the RCV player via their signal output, which is transmitted to a connected radio device. The playback function on existing in-store radio systems, even without radio, is already integrated!
The CUCOS queue management systems are the central building blocks in the shop information system. Our queue management systems are individually tailored to the needs of our customers. The aim is to use staff effectively and to avoid unnecessary waiting times at tills and sales counters.

At the POS, the systems help to keep the queues as short as possible. Through the use of sensors, customer flows can be recognised and additional cash registers activated automatically or recommendations triggered.

With the queuing systems at sales counters or the service desk, the use of waiting tokens and display boards creates a fair service situation with noticeably shorter wait times. The waiting ticket kiosks are positioned in a central location, and display boards or displays can inform customers about the current wait times.

    Gerry Weber uses the POS management system from Soest-based Cucos Retail Systems GmbH at its outlet in Halle, Westphalia. This ensures a quick and smooth process at the tills. Long queues now get handled as quickly as possible. This is helped by running 11 tills where customers are called up one-by-one. This system therefore not only prevents people from being pushed in front, but also grants the customer plenty of room for privacy as there is no customer directly behind them as they enter their payment information.
